We use Valenti Lawyers for legal advice and consultation about the various areas of our business. In this, we seek interpretation of the Marketing of Eggs Act and related laws. Naturally, Kim's advice helps us determine what we can and can't do within the bounds of the law and how best to do it not to compromise our situation. Occasionally, we might take Kim's advice and then apply a more commercial approach after weighing up the associated risks.
