We use Valenti Lawyers for legal advice and consultation about the various areas of our business.
In this, we seek interpretation of the Marketing of Eggs Act and related laws.
Naturally, Kim's advice helps us determine what we can and can't do within the bounds of the law and how best
to do it not to compromise our situation. Occasionally, we might take Kim's advice and then apply a more commercial
approach after weighing up the associated risks.
We have also discussed with Kim the pursuit of debt and the re-writing of our legislation.
In the course of these discussions, Kim seemed to know the law very well and was extremely helpful.
Kim has also represented us at tribunals. When doing this, his representation seemed well planned,
his delivery was good, and the outcome was great.
