Kim Valenti has more than 40 years of legal experience and balances that experience with a refreshingly commercial and pragmatic approach to the practice of law.
He holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Jurisprudence and a Master’s degree in Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA branch) and the Property Council of Australia and is one of the Principals at Valenti Lawyers. Kim is head of Valenti Lawyers’ property, land compensation and town planning division.
Kim has extensive experience in the application of the law to a wide range of industries and business sectors including property, agriculture, finance, business development and transport. Kim is accessible, down to earth, has a friendly approach to his relationship with his clients and always tries to achieve the best results for them.
Kim has a very pragmatic and commercial approach to the instructions he receives from his clients, trying always to uncover a solution to a matter or dispute that is practical, economically sensible and always in the best interests of his clients. Kim is renowned for not leaving a stone unturned in his endeavours to protect or prosecute his clients’ matters with a view to ensuring that his clients’ goals are achieved within a commercially acceptable context.
Kim sees himself as a trusted adviser who must provide information, counsel and guidance to clients with respect to any matter they wish to discuss with him. Kim considers his role, and the role of his colleagues at Valenti Lawyers, is to inform clients of their rights and obligations in a given situation and then, once the client is informed, assist clients achieve the goals they set.
